Friday Night July 9th
Meet your classmates for a night of socializing, music, dancing, and refreshments. This will be at the Banita Creek Hall (www.banitacreekhall.com). You will be responsible for your own bar bill. $10 fee (cash at the door) to John Fleming to cover the room cost.
Saturday July 10th
We are having a family day event from 11 am to 2:00 pm at Pecan Acres Park on East Starr. Bring your entire family for outdoor fun, frisbee golf, soccer, etc. Rather than paying the expense of a caterer, we are asking that each family bring their own box lunch. You can stop by a fast food restaurant, deli, or the store and pick it up on the way.

Buffett Dinner and 80's music DJ
Cash Bar
Fun Awards for Classmates
The cost of this event is $60 per person (this is for Saturday night only)
Here is an exact break down of where the money is going:
$40 covers the food, non alcoholic drinks, dessert, tip, tax, bartender fee
$5 covers the banquet room fee and set up / clean up
$6 covers the DJ
$9 covers the decorations, door prizes, and adminstration fee
A block of rooms are reserved at the Hotel Fredonia under our classes name until early June, then they will be released to the public. Call as soon as possible to get this discounted rate.
